Q: How can I track my delivery?

A: Please kindly write us on info@milandet.com, please include your e-mail order number, we will get back to you ASAP.

Q: Can I cancel my order?

A: After payment confirmation, canceling order is possible during next 24h ! If you decide to cancel your order, please write us on info@milandet.com. Anyway we strongly advice to check your choice before confirming your order.

Q: Where is my order?

A: Please note that estimated international delivery last  2 - 5 weeks, depending where you live.

Q: What if my product arrived damaged?

A: In this situation please write us direct email on info@milandet.com, with your order number included in the e-mail. We assure you, that we will do our best to solve problem ASAP.

Q: I have ordered 2 different products but just one arrived?

A: Please do not worry, if you ordered 2 or more different models, they can arrive in separate packages one after another. Our products are sometimes shipped from different warehouse, don't worry your product will arrive soon!
